This program is for children ages 1-3 years with an attending caregiver. Outdoor Education Specialists facilitate an immersive and explorative introduction to The Natural Classroom. Gentle slopes, varied vegetation, and a burbling stream are the backdrop for curiosity, discovery, and adventure.

A primary goal of the program is to create a safe and supportive space for social-emotional growth. Children will have the opportunity to build relationships with each other and strengthen their connection with their caregivers and the natural world. Our Early Years outdoor education program allows for healthy conflict management and self-regulation development. Additionally, caregivers will have the opportunity to learn from outdoor education specialists and each other, and ideally build a community of support. Our program is designed to foster a natural love of learning in the outdoors that can branch out beyond our class time into home and community life. 

Spring Session is full at both sites!

When: Mondays, 9:30 am-11:30 am

March 25th- May 20th, 2023 (9 Weeks).

Pine Lake Forest School - Camp Ho Mita Koda, 14040 Auburn Road, Newbury (This class is full!)

and

Willey Creek Forest School - Hiram House Ranch, 33775 Hiram Trail, Moreland Hills (This class is full!)

Cost: $350 ($300 for an additional sibling) Babies in carriers are complimentary.
